Blue Mountain, Sydney May'05

Wow..this time to Sydney was far far more better than our last trip last year. This year we managed to fulfill one of our dreams, to visit the most remarkable place in Sydney - Blue Mountains.
How to go there?? Easy, just buy a one way train ticket to Katoomba at Sydney Central Station. Cost?? depends, if you take a train before 9 am, it gonna cost u AUSD$22 but if you buy the ticket after 9am, it only cost you around AUSD$12 sajer ! why?? maybe ticket mahal tue tengah peak hours kot. Entahle..
The journey will take almost 2 1/2 hours from Sydney to Katoomba station. Weather?? from 15 degrees to almost -2 degrees (very cold especially afetr 4 pm..memang tak tahan)
Ader banyak tempat to visit in Blue Mountain. We stayed at the Youth Hostel (YHA) in Katoomba. Katoomba is among the favourable places to stay in Blue Mountain and it is the nearest to 3 Sisters (if not mistaken la). Murah giller duduk kat YHA only AUSD$ 26 for 2 nights  !! Besides that facilities semuanye cukup.apa u nak? clean toilets n showers (they clean it everyday kay  )BBQ sets  , Kitchen to cook our own meals  , Dining Hall yang bersih  , TV room with large TV Screen  , Lepak room yang best giller n very spacious  , ader pinballs, pool table, foosball, they have board games, card games, and even a reading room  ( yeah, Omputih travel pun bawak buku nak baca kay.unlike Malaysians..  ) . In YHA, concept dia is hostels concept. Since kami pergi 8 of us, we got 2 rooms for 4 boys and 4 girls. In each rooms ader 2 double-decker bed yang selesa giller la. No worries of termites..hehhehe..
 5 STARS TO YHA !!!
What activities to do here?? Mainly sightseeing, bush walking, jungle tracking, picnic at the Waterfalls etc. Pemandangan semula jadi dan ciptaan Tuhan yang Superb and marvelous. Do you know that Blue Mountain nie wujud jauh jauh lagi lebih lama dari Grand Canyon?? Kami tak ingat exactly berapa lama but apa yang kami tahu is umur tempat ini adalah 13 kali lebih tua dari Grand Canyon..  Really recommended to everyone to visit at least once in a lifetime ( not for us mike..we are coming back again next year !!)

Family Trip to Redang Island

its been awhile we didnt post any pictures..busy sket..
Recently, my family including joe went for a short break to Kuala Terengganu and Redang Island. We went to KT by plane, stop over for a night and catched the boat to Redang the next day. Sempat jugakle shopping2 in KT for some batik and keropok. We went there in a big group consist of my mommy, daddy, Lil Bro amir, Big sista ngah & hubby jaizal, niece khadeeja, nephew kamiLL, big sista Kak Lin, aunty Olin and us.
Joe & I really missed Redang so much because this place brings unforgetable memories for us.  We couldnt come last year but at least we are here this year. Yang paling best this time cos we went there during Full moon. Cantik sangat and couldnt describe it with words. 
Last time we stayed at Ayu Mayang Resort but this time we stayed at Redang Beach Resort. Really a nice place to stay if you come here with your family. They have 2 storey blocks where each block consist of 4 rooms ( 2 bawah and 2 atas). I still prefer Ayu Mayang cos Ayu Mayang more cosy and they have one storey blocks..tak suka la kena panjat tangga..leceh..bagus for ppl yg nak privacy  .. But if you prefer luxury stays, Redang Beach Resort and Laguna Redang are the place you should choose. Redang Beach Resort completes with their massage spa, restaurants, DJ lounge by the beach, shops, sandy white beach (well semua resorts pun ader sandy white beach ), snorkeling & scuba station, foosballs & pool tables, bar and many more la..even bilik die pun besar jugak la dlm die..really comfortable after loooong journey in the boat ....
